Who We Are

Good Solid Homes was started by Dave Good in 2010. He started this company with over 25 years of experience in building high end custom homes with his father and brother with a company from Sedona, AZ “G.Good and Sons”. In Dave’s spare time he was also working his Real Estate profession. In 2010 when the economy and building came to a halt Dave decided he had to do something else to survive.  He moved his family to Anthem, AZ and started “Good Solid Homes”.  He started doing Renovations, Remodeling, and Professional Painting.  He also began to grow & develop his Real Estate business.

Today, Good Solid Homes builds New Homes with a quality everybody desires, they still do a plethora of Renovations, Remodeling, Professional Painting.  They have now incorporated a Design and Interior Decorating department with their new professional interior designer that comes with over 18 years of experience.  Good Solid Homes has developed themselves as craftsmen with a keen sense of design, quality and durability woven into the homes that they touch from start to finish.
